Vijay Kumar
President
He Vijay Kumar is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan having vast experience of over 30 years in various capacities in Multinationals as well as local Companies. He was associated with A.F. Ferguson & Co ( PWC) and qualified in 1992.
He was associated with Engro Corporation & its other group companies for about 23 years and here he worked in various senior management positions including Chief Financial Officer of Engro Vopak Terminal Limited, Engro Elengy Terminal Limited, and Head of Internal Audit of Engro Polymer & Chemicals Limited.
He was part of the First LNG Project of Pakistan. This Project was started by Engro in 2014. he was involved in Project development, feasibility, and financial modeling and lead the financial close of the project.
He participated in multiple leadership programs organized in Pakistan and foreign countries. He also participated in the Directors’ Training Program of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan and registered as a Certified Director.
In January 2021, he started Business Consultancy Services in the Corporate Sector.

Sateesh Balani
Senior Consultant
Mr. Sateesh is a Chartered Financial Analyst from CFA Institute, USA. He has done Bachelors & Masters in Business Administration from Institute of Business Management, Karachi.
He worked with Ismail Iqbal Securities (IIS) and led research and business development function. Prior to IIS, he also worked with HBL Asset Management (HBL AML) as Head of Research. At HBL AML, he worked closely with investment team and equity funds (both Conventional and Islamic) outperformed peers and topped their league in 2019.
He has also worked with Engro Corporation and its energy holding company where he was responsible for making feasibilities & analyzing potential business ventures.
